Tributes
Please feel free to leave a tribute here in memory of your loved one. The tribute will be reviewed before going live.
Uncle Jeff was always so much fun and found memorable ways to entertain his wild nieces and nephews (even if we all got into trouble!). I have only the very fondest of memories of Uncle Jeff. My thoughts and prayers for Auntie Gowan, Chris and Jenny.
Gowan, Chris and Jen.
Jeff’s passing will leave a huge void. He left you a great example of a good work ethic and of being full of fun and meriment.
Many fun memories of Jeff hanging the kid’s bicycles in a tree and of having to eat at the bad boys’ table.
A real great bloke and a pleasure to know for 46 years.
We shared a passion for Lotus cars that never wavered.
We were deeply saddened to learn of Warwick’s passing last Sunday May 3. He has been a loyal friend for over 50 years joining in our mutual love of cars and motorsport and will be sadly missed. Warwick and Marg were together a very thoughtful and caring couple and we had many pleasant occasions over the years and we hope that they are now happily reunited again.
Moe mai ra Warwick. You can now join your beloved Margaret in heaven.
Hi sue and family thanks for letting me know via odette about mike. I have very fond memories of mike down at farm out rabbit shooting eeling and visiting donald woods when mike worked on his stockcar. I caught up with mike again the woodside jamboree when we had the contract to move all the wastewater. Mike saw a great opportunity to get fresh ice everyday for their chilly bins and so i turned up every morning with ice that teresa was freezing down at home. Anytime you or family are in the wairarapa please call me .in the mean time take time to remember mike and i hope the service went well today . Cheers Graham Mcclymont

Christine XO
We are so sorry for the loss of Mike,Unfortunately because of work commitments I’m unable to be with you guys today,my thoughts are with ,I’ve been thinking about Mike since Andrew informed me the other night, from the early days for me staying in the little old house with the steep as stairs, teaching me to drive his tractor and letting me have my first drive of a tractor, I then became his harrower of all paddocks when allowed. I thank Mike for this opportunity as driving became my career from early beginnings here
Time goes on and I haven’t seen you guys much in a long time, however when I’m up next I will endeavour to catch up and spend some time reminiscing.
Love to the family
From Dale & Robyn Teague

Dear Sue and family.
We were truly saddened to hear of Mikes recent passing.
It was our pleasure to have known Mike who was a great contributor to his community through his time as leader of the local scouting group. We really appreciated his endeavours especially with respect to the guidance and enthusiasm he engendered in our boys with respect to the scouting adventures and activities he involved them with.
It had been very pleasant in recent times to sit down and reflect on this period of time with Mike – some great memories. An all round good guy. Rest in peace Mike.
Regards John & Rosie Herd
Having just watched the funeral for Molley.
In 1983 George and Molley came to fiji with wallace and I. Hurricane Oscar had just passed. We visited areas devastated by this event on behalf of C W S. Christian World Service. Molly took packets! Of seeds that could be planted to ensure sustainable crops. Amazing couple . Good friends to have.
Thinking of you all today as you say goodbye to your dearly loved Mum and Ninnie. An amazing person, mum’s best friend.
Love to you all,
Denise Sanders (Cain)
